Classroom Rules

Classroom Rules

Listen when someone is speaking.

Follow direction quickly.

Respect yourself, others and property.

Raise your hand to speak or leave your seat.

Always try your very best.

Students will also be required to follow the discipline actions and processes outlined in the student handbook.

Students will receive consequences for breaking rules. Consequences will be verbal/visual warnings, completion of think sheets, completion of think laps at recess, parent contact, and/or a visit with the principal.

Positive behavior will be reward throughout the school year. In third grade, we use a classroom money system. Students can earn classroom money by doing what is required of them. Students can also be fined if they do not do what is expected of them. Students can then use the classroom money to purchase prizes.
